1. Overview

This Shipping Policy sets out how we ship your orders, delivery timelines, costs, and what happens if something goes wrong. By placing an order with us, you accept these terms.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Shipping is free for all orders within Australia—no minimum spend required.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery times after dispatch are typically:
     • Metro / urban areas: 1–3 business days
     • Regional / remote areas: 3–7 business days

  • All domestic orders include tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

3. International Shipping

  • For international orders (excluding the U.S.), a flat rate of USD $22 applies for orders under AUD $400.

  • For orders over AUD $400, international shipping is free.

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processes.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Important: Shipping to the United States is currently paused. We will resume U.S. orders when feasible and update this policy.

4. Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday (before 2:00 pm AWST) are generally processed same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends/business holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

  • Use the tracking link to monitor delivery until it reaches you.

  • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave a card or notify you to re-schedule or pick up.

6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us so we can lodge a claim or send a replacement / refund your order.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, take clear photos of both the packaging and items, and notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange replacement or refund.

  • If an order is significantly delayed, we will inform you and offer options (refund of shipping, order cancellation, or replacement).

  • Once a parcel is marked “delivered” by the courier, responsibility generally transfers to the recipient, unless courier error is verified.

7. Incorrect Address, Returns & Redelivery

  • Please ensure your address at checkout is accurate.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee may apply.

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to modify or correct the address. We’ll attempt to update it before dispatch, but once shipped we cannot guarantee changes.

8. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time (for example, when we expand shipping areas, change rates, or resume U.S. deliveries). The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent change. Your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
